Esoteric Massage is a gentle massage given directly onto the skin; there is no deep tissue work or undue pressure applied. The client is covered with warm towels and blankets at all times, with only the area of the body being massaged uncovered.

 

Esoteric Massage is a deeply relaxing, restorative, and nurturing technique, releasing stress, tension and anxiety from the body. It supports and gives space for the client to heal any patterns and behaviours that lead to disharmony and dis-ease in the body.

 

Our muscles store memory, so any ingrained patterns, trauma or emotions that may be impacting on the body can be released during the massage session, freeing the client to move in a less hindered and more natural way.

 

Esoteric Massage can be used as a stand alone therapy or along with other Esoteric Healing Modalities; it is deeply healing and supports us to re-connect to our stillness.
